Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Items eligible for exchange and returns are accepted back within 7 days of purchase, and if item is in original state and original packaging. Tags must be on, where applicable. Receipt of purchase must also be submitted with every return/exchange. The cost of returns is upon the customer.

Refunds are made via the original method of payment within 7 days from date of return. To be eligible for a full payment refund, items must be in original state from date of purchase, tags on where applicable, packaging intact, no signs of use or tampering, and items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Receipt of purchase must be presented. Transactions via credit card and mobile money payments will be refunded less the transaction charges incurred.

We maintain a no-charge repair policy within 30 days from date of purchase for items that are require minor repairs due to various omissions. Under no circumstances will we replace a complete item. Items that have stopped to function as intended due to user’s fault or poor handling are not eligible for returns.

 Delivery Information

We do not offer Pay on Delivery services. All orders must be paid for at checkout or upon Orders placing by phone, for delivery to be made.

Orders within Nairobi:  Delivery takes 1-2 business days. Same day delivery is possible for orders confirmed by 12 noon at no extra cost. Charges applicable are from KES 250, and are determined by location. Bulky items like travel gear and furniture attract delivery charges of KES 500 plus depending on location within Nairobi County.

Orders outside Nairobi: Delivery takes 2-3 business days.  One day delivery is possible for orders confirmed by 12 noon at no extra cost. Charges applicable are from KES 350 depending on location and volume/weight of item. Items with large volume/heavy weight like travel gear can be delivered within the same period and attract delivery charges of KES 700 plus, depending on location within the country. We do not ship furniture outside Nairobi.
